THE CHANGEMINDSET CO
THE LEADERSHIP AWARENESS COHORT
You've started noticing things you can't quite unsee.
The patterns people repeat. The assumptions beneath decisions. The familar ways organizations repsond to ucnertainty.
And most interestingly, you are beginning to recognize some of those same patterns in yourself.
What happens when you begin to see differently?
WHY THIS MATTERS NOW
Anchor 1
The world around us is changing faster than the ways we've learned to operate within it.
As intelligence accelerates and familiar ways of working are challenged, we often respond to uncertainty by reaching for what has worked before.
But familiarity and effectiveness are not necessarly the same thing.
A DIFFERENT STARTING POINT
Most leadership development focuses on what you do. This begins with what you can see.
Our experiences, success, failures and identities shape the lens through which we understand the world. Much of the time, we don't even notice that lens is there.
This is an opportunity to examine it, not because everything you have learned is wrong, but because awareness may expand what is possible in how you lead.

THE QUESTION UNDERNEATH THE QUESTION
What if the next step in your leadership journey isn't learning more, but noticing more?
FOUR EXPLORATIONS
Anchor 2
Not another leadership playbook. An inquiry into how you lead.
Across four immersive sessions, we combine teaching, practical frameworks, guided exercises, discussion, and application. Each exploration introduces tools to help you develop awareness- not simply understand it.
01 / SEEING
What do you notice?
Explore attention, perception and the difference between what is happening and what your mind adds.
03 / PATTERNS
What do you repeat?
Recognize familiar responses reinforced by success, pressure and organizational conditioning.
02 / STORIES
What do you believe?
Examine the assumptions and narrtives that quietly shape decisions, relanships and identity.
04 / CHOICE
What becomes possible?
Create more space between stimulus and response and consider what it means to lead intentionally.

AWARENESS BETWEEN SESSIONS
See the patterns in your conversations
Awareness does not stop when a group session ends. Throughout the experience you will also receive access to Anicca, an AI-powered awareness tool that helps make patterns in your real conversations more visible.
Explore the questions you ask, the language you use, and the balance between speaking and listening. Not to score your performance, but to notice how you show up and what you might choose differently next time.

WHOW THIS IS FOR
For leaders willing to question what helped make them successful.
You may be leading a company, founding one, advising organizations, or preparing for the next level of executive responsibility. What matters most in this new world, is the curiosity about yourself and your patterns that you bring.
You might recognize yourself here.
-
You are beginning to notice patterns in organizational life that others seem to accept as normal.
-
You question whether the problem being solved is the real problem.
-
You recognize that your own behaviors may be part of the system you are trying to change.
-
You want space for deeper inquiry, not another set of leadership techniques.
This may not be for you if you are looking for a quick certification, a perspective leadership formula, or a collection of tactics to apply next Monday.
WHY I CREATED THIS
I've spent decades helping organizations change. Eventually, I began questioning how we think about change itself.
Working alongside executives and transformation teams, I became increasingly interested in what happens beneath the best plans: the assumptions we make, the patterns we repeat, and the ways we participate in the systems we are trying to change.
This cohort is a place to explore those questions together.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Before we begin.
Is this executive coaching or leadership training?
It is a combination of structured leadership development, practical awareness exercises, peer discussion, and private executive coaching. You will learn frameworks and techniques, practice them in the group, and apply them in real leadership situations.
In this a meditation or a spiritual program?
No. This is a practical leadership development experience informed by research in psychology, neuroscience, and the study of awareness- not a spiritual program. No prior experience with meditation or visualization is needed. During the cohort you will learn and practice meditation and visualization techniques that can help you notice thoughts, emotions, and habitual responses more clearly and bring greater intention to how you lead.
Who will be in the cohort?
The intended participants are executives, consultants, founders, and emerging C-suite leaders. A conversation before enrollment helps ensure the group is a good fit.
What is the time commitment?
Four three-hour group gatherings over four months, plus two private coaching sessions per month. The next cohort launches in January. Specific dates will be shared once you have been accepted.
What about confidentiality?
The experience is designed for candid discussion. Group confidentiality expectations and recording access will be established clearly with participants before the cohort begins and reminded throughout.
What is Anicca?
Anicca is an AI - powered awareness tool included with the cohort. It helps you reflect on patterns in your conversations, such as the questions you ask, your language, and the balance between speaking and listening. Its purpose here is observation and learning, not judging your performance. Details about access, security, and appropriate use will be shared with participants.
